Koops Technology began as NetProphets Technology, a United States-based brand extension of NetProphets Cyberworks in India. In late 2024, founder Grant Koops spent over three weeks in India connecting with the NPC team and learning each of their core technology service lines.
In June 2025, the company officially rebranded as Koops Technology to reflect its evolving identity and long-term vision.

Our work was to design and develop a custom business process management software, called FABCONNECT. The ERP solution, with annual version launches, has been instrumental in keeping the business ahead of competition, delivering business growth and managing product expansion. Since launch, Fabindia has grown from 38 stores in 2004, to 332 stores today, and is looking at a Stock Exchange listing in 2022.

Norton Lifelock
India’s unique ecommerce eco-system comprises debit card and Netbanking and e-wallet customers who were excluded from the existing Credit card system and USD payment option on the international website. Yet, this customer base represents over 850 debit card holders. And add to this the customer base preferring Netbanking and e-Wallet methods of payment, meant that the business needed to be able to integrate its international website with an underlying ecommerce facilitation engine in INR currency.
NP was appointed as the authorized reseller for the Norton LifeLock (formerly Symantec) antivirus product in India. An affiliate fulfilment middleware and Pan-India Ecommerce platform was designed and built by us, which today allows the business to leverage its significant brand value in the Country.
On the enforcement of the Fair Usage Policy, Airtel defined an acceptable ‘unlimited’ broadband policy. It introduced a custom Business Rules Engine that was to monitor user volume for specific plans and upsell to customers, on-demand, at the time of usage. The product is today called SMARTBYTES and tracks, records and analyses over 2 million customers, weekly using this platform.
